Step inside to a stylish, single-level home filled with natural light. The open-plan living area features a large sectional sofa, a cozy electric fireplace, and a Smart TV, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation. A dedicated workspace is also available for remote work needs.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. We provide a starter supply of coffee, sugar, and spices, along with a full set of cookware and glassware. 

Outdoor Oasis

The true highlight is your private, fully fenced backyard. Unwind in the sparkling seasonal pool or enjoy a meal cooked on the private BBQ. For a bit of fun, challenge your group to a game on the 3-hole putting green. Despite being pictured, the hot tub is currently unavailable.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests in three bedrooms, with 1.5 bathrooms available.

You will be given self check-in via a keypad on your date of check-in. You will have private access to the entire single-level home, including the front yard and the fully fenced backyard with its amenities (pool, BBQ, putting green). For your privacy and security, guests do not have access to our locked storage areas or the separate, occupied apartment unit located below the house.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. We are available via the messaging platform if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay. Please note that our lawn and pool maintenance teams may visit weekly to service the outdoor areas only. Their visits are typically brief.

Backyard Access: For safety and liability reasons due to the pool, access to the backyard is restricted during the winter months.

Midterm Stays: As this is a midterm rental, we provide a starter supply of consumables (e.g., toilet paper, toiletries). Guests are responsible for replenishing these items for the remainder of their stay.

Safety: For your security, exterior security cameras are located on the property, monitoring the perimeter.

Check-in/Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, depending on the cleaning schedule. Please inquire in advance.
