The modern kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare your favourite meals, complete with a dishwasher for easy cleanup.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This home features three comfortable bedrooms and three full ensuite bathrooms:

- Bedroom 1: A spacious retreat with a king bed, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

- Bedroom 2: Features a double bed, TV, and its own private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

- Bedroom 3: A bright room with a double bed, ample storage, and a dedicated workspace.

An additional full bathroom with a bathtub is also available for your convenience.

OUTDOOR OASIS

Your private, fully fenced-in backyard is a true oasis, featuring a seasonal pool and a BBQ for delightful summer afternoons.

FAMILY AMENITIES

For those traveling with little ones, a playpen and high chair are available upon request.

You will have private and exclusive access to the entire main and upper levels of the home. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the living area, and the kitchen. You will also have sole access to the private, fully fenced-in backyard, including the BBQ and the seasonal pool.

Please note the basement is a separate, occupied unit with its own private entrance and a separate fenced-in yard. No spaces are shared.

We give our guests space but are available when needed. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay. Should any issues arise or if you have questions, please message us, and we will respond as quickly as possible to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

Security Cameras: For your safety and our insurance requirements, video surveillance cameras are located on the exterior of the property at the front door and in the backyard with a view of the pool. These devices are on and recording.

Basement Tenant: A quiet tenant occupies the basement apartment. She has her own separate entrance and a private, fenced-in yard. There are no shared spaces.

Seasonal Pool & Winter Access: The pool is seasonal and closed during the winter. Please inquire for specific opening and closing dates. For liability reasons, the backyard is not accessible during the winter season.

Midterm Stays: A starter supply of consumables (e.g., toilet paper, paper towels) is provided. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items for the remainder of their stay.

Check-In/Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee, depending on the cleaning schedule. Please inquire in advance.
