While the homeowner resides within the apartment, we maintain a quiet, professional environment where your privacy is our top priority. Think of this as a boutique 'private-wing' experience within a luxury residence.

- Primary Contact: The Midterm Collection is your dedicated point of contact for all booking, billing and maintenance inquiries. This allows the homeowner to focus on maintaining a peaceful environment while we coordinate any necessary professional services or repairs. Please message us directly through the platform.

- The Homeowner: The homeowner is a quiet professional who shares the communal spaces (kitchen/living/hot tub/sauna). She is happy to offer a friendly 'hello' in passing, but does not handle any administrative issues.

- Issues Resolution: Should any immediate concerns arise, we are available via the app to ensure your stay remains seamless and comfortable.

- We provide you a starter set of essentials, such as coffee pods, toilet paper, linens and towels to get you settled immediately

- Full access to on-site coin laundry ($3/wash, $2 dry)
