Welcome to your bright and comfortable home away from home in Ottawa! This spacious 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom house is perfectly suited for travelling families, professionals on work trips, insurance placements or anyone seeking a longer, relaxing stay.

Step inside to an open-plan living area, where a large sectional sofa invites you to unwind by the electric fireplace or enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. The space is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that flows directly into the dining area and kitchen.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and is stocked with all the essentials you'll need to prepare delicious meals. We provide coffee, sugar, spices, and a full set of cookware and glassware.

Your private outdoor oasis is the true highlight, featuring a sparkling seasonal pool, a private BBQ for cookouts, and even a 3-hole putting green for some friendly competition. The entire backyard is fully fenced for your privacy and peace of mind.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements:

- Bedroom 1: A serene room with a comfortable Queen bed, ample storage, and a closet.

- Bedroom 2: A clean and simple layout featuring a second Queen bed and storage.

- Bedroom 3: A bright room perfect for kids or friends, with two single beds.

You will have private access to the entire home, including the front yard and the fully fenced backyard with its amenities.

For safety and liability reasons due to the pool, access to the backyard is restricted during the winter months. Guests do not have access to our locked storage areas or the separate apartment unit below the house.

We do not live on-site, but we are available via message if anything comes up during your stay.

Maintenance: Our lawn and pool maintenance teams may visit weekly. They only work in the outdoor areas, and their visits are typically brief.

Midterm Stays: We will start your stay with consumables, whoever you will be responsible for replenishing them (e.g., toilet paper, toiletries) after the initial starter supply is used.

Check-in/Out: Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a fee, depending on the cleaning schedule. Please inquire.
