Good to Know:
Guests will have full, private access to the entire unit during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living spaces, laundry facilities, and any outdoor areas that are part of the property. You'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Please note: There is one locked storage area on-site that is reserved for owner use and not accessible to guests. This space is clearly marked and does not interfere with the guest experience or available living areas. I want your stay to be as seamless and stress-free as possible. I am located a short distance away but I won't be on-site. If anything is required, I am just a message away.
Before check-in, you'll be provided access to a digital guidebook which includes everything you need to know about the property - from how things work inside the unit to local recommendations for food, shopping, and services. It's free and available 24/7 right on your phone, making it easy to find answers when you need them.
For your convenience, the property is equipped with a keyless entry lock - no physical keys required. You'll be provided a unique access code prior to check-in, so you can arrive and depart on your own schedule.
Consumables: We include a reasonable start amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their own refills.
Pets: Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit of $250 per pet per stay for the entirety of the stay. Note PET FEE. Please keep pets off furniture and pick up after your dog in the backyard. Limited bags are provided. While we love dogs, we have BREED RESTRICTIONS. No whole or in part mixed breeds of any of the following: ROTTWEILER, PIT BULL, STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER, DOBERMAN PINSCHER, AKITA, ALASKAN MALAMUTE, SIBERIAN HUSKY, WOLF BREEDS, CHOW CHOW, GREAT DANE, PRESA CANARIOS, or MASTIFF.
Security cameras: For the safety of both guests and property, we have an exterior camera actively recording video and audio of front porch. Guests can request access to the camera for their extended stay. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, camera is not constantly monitored.
Communication: For quick response, always communicate with us through the AirB&B platform. In the event of an actual emergency, seek immediate help, dial the appropriate authorities and then contact us.
Lease Info: The guest must have liability insurance at all times. If the landlord asks for proof of coverage, the guest must provide it. It is up to the guest to get contents insurance if they so desire it. No assignment or subletting permitted.
