Guests will be provided keypad access with a code provided on day of check-in. You will have full, private access to the entire space during your stay. Please note: there is one locked storage area on-site that is reserved for owner use and is not accessible to guests. This space may need to be accessed occasionally by owner; however, does not interfere with the guest experience or available living areas.

Property Info

For transparency and security, there is a video surveillance camera located at the exterior entrance to the unit. This camera monitors only the outside entry area.

At the bottom of the stairs there is a separate locked utility room that is not part of your private living space. The homeowner or maintenance professionals may occasionally need to access this area for property upkeep. We will always attempt to provide notice when possible; however, in the event of an urgent maintenance issue, access may be required without prior notice since this space is outside your private suite.

The internet modem is located inside the unit. To ensure reliable service for your stay, we kindly ask that it not be unplugged, moved, or tampered with.
