  • Strategic Listing Optimization: We optimize your listing for the midterm market so it appeals to travel nurses, corporate guests, relocating families, and insurance stays across several platforms including Airbnb and VRBO. 
  • Strategic Staging Consultation: We provide advice on furniture layout and amenities to maximize midterm rental premiums
  • Direct Booking Exposure: Your property will be featured on The Midterm Collection's direct booking website, expanding visibility beyond Airbnb.
  • Guest Screening & Placement: We don't just find "a" tenant; we find the right professional guest for a 30+ night stay. 
  • End-to-End Leasing: Draft lease agreements and secure digital signature
  • Pricing & Marketing Strategy: We guide pricing strategies designed for longer stays and stable occupancy. We also conduct marketing outreach to insurance partners, relocation services, and corporate contacts
  • Financial oversight: Credit checks, reliable rent collection and automated payment processing
  • Turnover Logistics: Remote coordination for all move-in and move-out procedures

Division of Roles

To keep our partnerships efficient and scalable, the Owner remains the lead on-site operator for: 

  • Cleaning, staging or restocking of guest essentials
  • On-site maintenance and repairs*
  • Utility and financial overhead
  • On-site emergency response
  • Mail and package management

*We are not responsible for the quality of work, payment, or vetting of the Owner's third-party contractors.
